Paul Johns - Managing Director

Paul is the co-founder and Managing Director of Complete Sales Solutions Ltd. Paul will lead the Specialist Management Consulting and write and deliver the content for the sales and sales management training. Paul has over 25 years’ experience in building, coaching and developing successful sales teams across a broad industry sectors including banking, financial services, telecommunications, building maintenance and latterly training. With the last 10 years spent at strategic board level, working in heavily regulated environments, Paul is able to ensure his teams deliver on the required numbers, while doing so with 100% compliance. As a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, Paul is seen as a specialist in Sales, Sales Management and Sales Processes and Techniques, with a comprehensive knowledge of the Science of Sales.

Karen Johns - Commercial Director

Karen is the co-founder and Commercial Director of Complete Sales Solutions Ltd. Karen will lead the recruitment and outsourced sales functions as well as developing new commercial opportunities for the business. Karen has over 20 years’ experience in sales and sales management across a broad range of industry sectors including banking, financial services, telecommunications, recruitment and latterly education & training. With over 10 years sales management experience, Karen is an expert in delivering exceptional results personally and through management of her teams. She is seen as a specialist in sales, sales management, recruitment and training and is regarded as one of the best in her field. Karen is renowned for delivering an exceptional service to her clients.
